The two boys growled at the wolves who tried to stop them walking up the path to their king. The wolves all began to block their way, fighting the twin boys who were physically around 14 years of age.
"Stop!" One of the wolves yelled at the boys. Suddenly the boys both froze, their brown eyes grazing the ten muscular wolves who surrounded them and stopped them from getting to Karamiz.
I think we should listen to them. Massiah thought towards his brother, and then he smirked, Yeah right.
For a second there I thought you were been serious! Mathias grinned at his brother, using their twin telepathy- one of the strange gifts they both had. The other gifts they had- well, they were much more powerful.
"You want a fight?" Mathias asked the men, raising his hand and creating a small ice storm within the palm of his hand.
"Then come and get us." Massiah growled and then raised his hand, an array of lightening shot out of his palm, striking one of the werewolves in the chest and making him fly back around ten feet with little effort.
"Now, who wants some of this?" Both of the boys spoke together grinning simultaneously as they began to throw their powers about, Massiah shocking the wolves in their chests and Mathias freezing bits of their body as they moved.
After only a few seconds the wolves were immobilised.
Well that was more simple than I expected. Mathias thought towards his brother.
"A little too easy." Massiah said out loud as he stared at the other wolves who now blocked their way. These though, were quite clearly a lot more powerful than the other wolves they had just faced, in strength as well as the pure power that radiated off of them.
"We wish to speak to King Benjamin!" Both of the twins spoke together, the werewolves looked a little confused at this.
"There is no king named Benjamin. Our king is Karamiz!" A blonde werewolf spluttered in surprise.
"Then we wish to speak with Karamiz." Massiah spoke, this time on his own thinking to Mathias, Maybe Benjamin changed his name or told our mother the wrong name.
She never said Benjamin was the king of werewolves, just that he was royalty. Mathias said to his brother also a little confused, looking at the blonde werewolf.
"Fine, step forward and meet King Karamiz." The werewolves parted and a man stepped forward, Mathias and Massiah looked at eachother with a smirk on their faces. This was the man they were looking for- he looked almost exactly like the image their mother had shown them before she had been killed and had sent them out here to look for Benjamin, the only difference was that he looked a little older.
"Who are you, and why are you here?" Karamiz demanded, "And what are you?"
"We're half werewolf, half Faye." Massiah spoke confidently stepping forward.
"And we are your sons." Mathias smiled at Karamiz, who's mouth was now hung open like a fish.
"What?!" He exclaimed and then looked over his shoulder at Rosetta who looked just as shocked at the revelation, "I have no other sons and I would not cheat on my wife!"
"But... you're king Benjamin, aren't you?" Massiah looked a little confused now, realising that this man was slightly different from what their mother had shown them both.
"You seek my son." Karamiz ran his fingers through his hair.
"Your son?"
"Yes, my son. I cannot believe that boy. He had more children..." Karamiz muttered to himself.
"In his defence, he has never known about us. Our mother swore to keep us secret after she had a one night stand with him. The strange thing was though, Faye can only conceive within their own species, but it seems the witchblood makes them able to interbreed with other species and create hybrid witchblood children." Mathias interjected into the conversation.
"Well, his mate isn't going to like this. Neither are his other children." Karamiz chuckled a little darkly at the thought, Benjamin really had dropped himself into some deep shit.
